Certain HexaDent products are custom-made, built-to-order, or tailored based on measurements, layouts, or specifications provided by the customer or collected through on-site or remote assessments.
Once measurements, designs, layouts, or specifications are reviewed and approved by the customer, such orders are considered final and may not be canceled, modified, or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or material errors directly attributable to HexaDent System Inc.
HexaDent System Inc. shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information, incomplete disclosures, or changes requested after customer approval.
8. Installation and On-Site Services
Where installation or on-site services are provided, HexaDent System Inc.’s responsibility is limited solely to the installation of its own products as outlined in the agreed scope of work.
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing site conditions
- Structural, electrical, plumbing, or wall modifications
- Third-party contractors or construction work
- Business interruption, operational downtime, or loss of revenue arising from installation activities
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement and additional fees.
9. Workflow Recommendations and Disclaimer of Professional Advice
Any workflow recommendations, layout suggestions, organizational strategies, or operational guidance provided by HexaDent System Inc. are for general efficiency and organizational purposes only.
Such guidance does not constitute medical, clinical, legal, regulatory, or professional advice. Customers remain solely responsible for ensuring that their clinic operations comply with all applicable healthcare regulations, professional standards, licensing requirements, and governing bodies.
10. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per clinic, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store and to promptly update such information as needed.
