Our warranty ensures confidence, clarity, and continued support for all clients.

Warranty Coverage

All HexaDent modular organizers and cabinetry components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, structural issues, and assembly faults under normal clinical use in a dental office environment and in accordance with provided care guidelines.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning agents, harsh chemicals, or misuse beyond intended clinical application
  • Modifications or third-party repairs
  • Cosmetic imperfections unrelated to function

Custom Products

Custom or made-to-order products are covered under the same 1-year structural warranty.
However, custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Submitting a Claim

Submit your claim through your customer account or contact info@hexadentsystem.com.
Please include your order number, photos, and a short issue description.
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

Replacement & Repair

Approved claims will, at HexaDent's discretion, receive either a repair or replacement part at no cost.
Replacements are typically shipped within 5–10 business days after approval.

After-Warranty Support

We continue to provide:

  • Paid maintenance and part replacements
  • Technical guidance for product care and reconfiguration

Limitation of Liability

HexaDent System Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or clinical downtime resulting from product use or failure.
