Shipping policy

Order Processing

All standard orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Custom-made or special-order products may require additional lead time, typically 7–14 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders over CAD $120 within Canada.

Estimated delivery times (not guaranteed):

  • Ontario / Quebec: 2–5 business days
  • Other Provinces (BC, AB, MB, SK, NS, NB, NL): 5–9 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by local authorities.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and carrier information via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, HexaDent System Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
We will assist in filing a carrier claim and arranging a replacement if applicable.

Local Pickup / Delivery

Local pickup is available by appointment at our Markham, Ontario location.

We also offer local delivery for selected clinic renovation or large-volume orders.
